FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Villa Nature Caraïbe Lodge

Are you planning your stay in Guadeloupe and have questions about the villa, location, amenities or booking conditions? This FAQ gathers answers to the most common questions to help you organize your trip with complete peace of mind.

Is the pool private or shared?

The swimming pool is private and is only accessible to the tenants of the house.

Is the swimming pool safe for children?

Yes the pool is safe for children, you can raise the ladder to make it inaccessible.

Is parking available ?

Yes it is possible to park 3 vehicles in the garden in front of the house.

Is linen provided?

Yes, we provide: bed sheets, bath sheets, hand towels and kitchen towels. (Beach towels are extra €30 for 6)

Arrival and departure?

Arrivals are from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., you will be welcomed  by Isabelle or Julie. (it is possible to arrive earlier on request)

For departures it is requested to vacate the Lodge for 10:00 a.m.

Covid 19?

For your safety, the lodge is cleaned in accordance with the recommendations of the ARS.

Cancellations due to health restrictions related to Covid 19 are fully refunded

Is the Villa quiet?

Yes the Villa is in the heart of a 1500m² tropical garden, the first road is more than 200m away. Access is secured by a gate and a digicode

What are the cancellation conditions?

  • 14 days before arrival, full refund

  • between 14 days and 7 days before arrival 50% refund and cleaning fee

  • less than 7 days reimbursement of the cleaning fee

  • Government restrictions related to Covid 19 are a reason for full refund of the stay

Are the beaches close?

Yes the Villa is located 150 m from the Caribbean Sea where there is a small wild beach. If not, the nearest beaches are Petite Anse at 600m and Leroux at 1000m 

Are the shops close?

Yes on the Ferry there is a supermarket and also a vegetable and fruit store, There is also the fish market in Baille-Argent 1.2 km away and bars and restaurants...
